ISO 9000:2000 Awareness Course

Objectives:

- Have a general understanding of the ISO 9000:2000 requirements, and of the roles and   responsibilities within a system set up to meet those requirements
- Understand the ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management Process Model and continual improvement
- Recognize the ISO series definition and why it should be used
- Recognize the interrelationship between ISO sections, principles and the employee’s role
- Identify the characteristics of a good documentation system
- Recognize the employee role in meeting an organization’s ISO requirements, and the benefits of   doing so.

Target Audience:

The target audience for this workshop will be comprised of any employee of a company who needs ISO awareness training. Audience may be from the operations group to the management level.
